After working in the corporate world for almost 10 years, I found that there is huge gap in professional level services for small customers and small business owners. I now focus on small businesses, and homes people who need some computer help, but may or my not be aware of some of the latest products, and services available to them.
The one thing that eludes so many people and that I build my foundation on is basic synchronization. Your calendar, contacts and e-mail should and can synchronize across all of your devices and computers. If you delete an e-mail, change a calendar appointment, or add a contact on your phone it should be mirrored on all of your devices.
